• At this time, a standard 45-minute session is billed at $200, comparable to other rates in the area.  Dr. Earhart reserves some space for lower-fee work to help families in need.  Fees may depend on the type/length of service provided.   
• At this time, Dr. Earhart does not accept insurance, but will provide billing forms with service codes for reimbursement purposes and can assist in navigating insurance reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance provider as coverage plans can vary widely.
