• At this time, rates are comparable to other practitioners in the area.  Dr. Earhart reserves some space for lower-fee work to help families in need.  Fees may depend on the type/length of service provided.  Please contact Dr. Earhart for further details. 
• At this time, Dr. Earhart does not accept insurance, but will provide billing forms with service codes for reimbursement purposes and can assist in navigating insurance reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance provider as coverage plans can vary widely.
